KLEOS Careers has been designed for people when they need it.
By that we mean, it can be started at any time. For example:
…in year 8 (when most young people start secondary school)
…in year 10 (pre-GCSE selection)
…in year 12 to 14 (when considering further and higher education)
…as an adult when considering your career options (as there is no upper age limit)
Critical to KLEOS Careers is the inclusion of all – this includes special focus on:
…supporting people with disabilities into paid employment
…providing individualised learning pathways that are tuned into neurodiversity
…including the needs of all those involved in ‘careers’, especially the critical role of employers, educators, other family members and careers advisors
We find out efficiently and effectively what a particpants interests are, how they like to learn and what they are good at – we do this before anything else…
